Bluetooth profiles – These profiles determine the commands and functions that can be exchanged using bluetooth technology. The HFP (Hands Free Profile) and HSP (Headset Profile) profiles are required for common Bluetooth mono headset tasks. The AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) and A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) profiles are required by stereo headphones.
